Review Policy

We publish all honest reviews, positive or negative. We only remove spam, offensive, or off-topic content. We never filter reviews by star rating, and we never offer rewards for reviews.

Only customers who picked up an order can leave a review, so every review on this site carries a "Verified pickup" badge.

How moderation works

We read every review before it appears, usually within a day or two.
We remove reviews that are spam, contain offensive language or personal information, or are not about our bread or service.
We may reply publicly to a review. We never edit what you wrote.

If you think a review was removed by mistake, email us and we will take another look.
