This policy explains what we collect when you order from Trois Bakehouse, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
To bake and hand over your bread, contact you about your pickup, send receipts and reminders, run the Bread Subscription and referral program, and understand which posts bring people to our site. We only send news about new breads and bake days if you tick the box, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Only the services that run our shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Supabase (our database and login), Vercel (website hosting and anonymous statistics). If you accept cookies, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives information about your visit through the Meta Pixel so we can measure our ads. We never sell your information.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. The Meta Pixel loads only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us. We will answer within 30 days. We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting.
